The Sultan Qaboos Mosque’s vast estate is elegantly segmented into three principal sections: the lush outer gardens, the central structure housing the courtyard, and the primary prayer hall.
The Mosque, which opened on October 28, 2016, is one of the most modern large mosques in the Arabian Gulf region. It was built to the highest and most beautiful standards. It is considered one of the new landmarks in the Sultanate of Oman worth visiting.
It is distinguished by its carvings and its towering crystal dome. It is considered the mosque that was built in the Uzbek style. It is similar to the Bibi Khanum Mosque.
